FreezeFocus provides timers, session history, settings, sounds, haptics, and visual focus experiences to help you stay focused and build better habits. FreezeFocus does not guarantee that you will avoid distractions, complete a task, improve productivity, or achieve any particular personal, academic, health, or work outcome.

Your use is your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing when, where, and how to use FreezeFocus. Do not use the app in situations where distraction, delayed alerts, device lock, sound, haptics, or timer behavior could create risk, including while driving, operating equipment, supervising others, or responding to emergencies.

Timers and history may be inaccurate

FreezeFocus session timers, pause tracking, completion history, sounds, haptics, and app behavior may be affected by your device, operating system, battery settings, permissions, interruptions, background behavior, bugs, or network conditions. You should not rely on FreezeFocus as your only reminder, alarm, recordkeeping tool, or time-tracking system for important obligations.

User content

If FreezeFocus allows you to submit messages, feedback, support requests, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant us permission to process it for the purpose of operating, maintaining, supporting, and improving the app. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, private, confidential, or violates another person's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape it, overload it, bypass limits or security measures, or use it for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Payments and subscriptions

FreezeFocus does not currently offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or payment features. If we add paid features in the future, we will present the relevant price and terms before purchase and update these terms as needed.

No warranties

FreezeFocus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreezeFocus and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss related to your use of or reliance on the app, website, timers, session history, sounds, haptics, settings, or other features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to FreezeFocus will not exceed $10.

Availability and changes

FreezeFocus may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. These terms may also be updated, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
